Shipping Policy
Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for regular delivery within the continental U.S.

All confirmed and paid orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following business week. Shipping charges are non-refundable. An additional charge of $25.00 may be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused and/or non-deliverable, or requires address correction.

Return Policy
All products listed in our web catalog are subject to availability. In the event that Pamela Bruner Enterprises is unable to fulfill an order in a reasonable amount of time based on product in-availability, a certificate of credit will be issued to the customer for the monetary amount of the product backordered for use on a future order.

With the exception of a product received damaged in shipment, all sales are final. In the event of damaged product, you must notify us via facsimile or email within 24 hours of receiving your order shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product until you have spoken to or received an email response from one of our representatives. To email a claim, please contact us at Support@makeYourSuccessEasy.com, giving as much detail as possible. Products received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at our discretion. All claims are dealt with on a case by case basis.
